Create Evergreen Content that Will Last Forever

Before we even get into how we create evergreen content, we must first know the definition. Evergreen content is well written material that will never go out of date. It’s probably the reason why I started writing blog posts about digital marketing. My content is all about what is recently happening in pop culture, and, as you could imagine, pop culture can get stale really fast. That’s why it is important to create content that can never go out of style.

Evergreen content is probably the best source of constant traffic. Not only is it informatable, it’s also SEO friendly, and will keep people coming to your site for years to come. Now that I have you interested, let’s see how we actually do it.

Make Sure Your Content is Long

If you have been reading my blog posts, you know that long-form content is pretty much a running theme. Yeah, you get a bit of an SEO boost because you get to incorporate natural keywords. The most important reason to create long-form content is the fact that your elaborating on your subject a bit more. It gives readers a sense of security that people know what you are talking about. With that being said, writing words for the sake of writing words isn’t great practice either. There’s not really a hard set rule of how long your content should be, but you should write just enough so that your content is competent.

Drive Traffic to Your Content

You’ll never get traffic to your articles if you just write and then let it sit.You may not see the results you’d like by simply waiting for search engines to pick it up.
